About the role
We are seeking an Executive Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management activities across our construction projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure accurate costing and timely tender documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Source quotations, perform price comparisons and compile costing summaries.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and budgets.
- Develop tender and contract documentation.
- Liaise with consultants, main contractors, sub‑contractors, clients and suppliers on cost‑related issues.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying consultancy.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with cost estimation software.
- AutoCAD.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
