About the role
We are looking for an energetic Executive Telesales professional to join our pharmaceutical team on a 1‑year fixed‑term basis. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and supporting inbound enquiries, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products and services.
- Follow up on leads and process orders received via inbound calls.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets set by the team while delivering high‑quality service.
- Provide timely and professional support to existing customers.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level education (O Levels or higher).
- At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools.
