Telemarketing Representative

About the role

The Telemarketing Representative will conduct internal sales activities by contacting customers over the phone using a predictive dialer. The role focuses on presenting suitable financial solutions that satisfy both the client’s needs and the company’s objectives while adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers using a predictive dialing system.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate loan or financial products.
• Ensure all interactions comply with institutional policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
