Executive, Venue Sales & Operations

About the role

The Executive, Venue Sales & Operations will drive venue bookings and ensure flawless event execution for CK Star Entertainment. Reporting to the Regional Head of Business and Development, you will combine sales acumen with operational oversight to deliver memorable live experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to venue enquiries, conduct tours and deliver presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and rental agreements; follow up leads to secure bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, schools and community organisations.
• Achieve monthly and annual venue booking targets.
• Coordinate logistics with clients, vendors, caterers, decorators, AV suppliers and security teams.
• Oversee venue setup, teardown and ensure the site is clean, safe and event‑ready.
• Handle on‑site event coordination and resolve operational issues swiftly.
• Manage the booking calendar, generate invoices with Finance and maintain client records.
• Produce monthly sales and operations reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Events, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in venue management, hospitality or event operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
