Facilities & Client Manager

About the role

The Facilities & Client Manager will be the primary point of contact for our client’s facilities management needs, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations at the site. You will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate specialist access work, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities and maintenance requirements at the client’s site.
• Act as the main liaison for the client’s Facilities Management team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify repair, safety, and improvement needs.
• Coordinate façade and glass maintenance, including glass replacement, resealing, cleaning, leak rectification, and inspections.
• Oversee specialist access activities such as rope access, gondola, boom lift, and other work‑at‑height operations.
• Ensure all work complies with WSH regulations and client safety standards.
• Respond promptly to urgent issues like cracked glass, leaks, defects, and safety concerns.
• Manage quotations, work orders, project costing, and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Identify opportunities for additional refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore, preferably in façade, glass, curtain wall, facilities management, or building maintenance.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of WSH and work‑at‑height requirements.
• Commercial experience in costing, quotations, and Variation Orders is an advantage.
