Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the role
The role involves ensuring that all building systems and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and building users, handling routine maintenance as well as urgent service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions on facility equipment and building systems.
- Respond to feedback, complaints, breakdowns, servicing, repairing, and emergency requests.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that facilities, equipment, and building systems are in good working order.
- Supervise vendors and contractors on routine and ad‑hoc tasks during and after office hours.
- Assist with logistics and event support, including meter reading for electricity, water, and BTU.
- Support incident reporting and cover duties for the Fire Command Centre.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
