Facilities Management Manager – Overseas

About the role

You will be based overseas and responsible for managing facilities, assets, maintenance works and upgrade projects across training camps and sites. The role ensures effective use of resources, maintains quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage facilities across camps and training areas.
• Maintain accurate inventories of buildings, fixtures and equipment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on overseas upgrading projects.
• Identify, assess and mitigate workplace hazards early.
• Conduct regular worksite safety inspections and engage with contractors.
• Evaluate quotations and submit procurement recommendations.

Required profile

• Education in Facility Management or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant experience in facilities management, infrastructure, building maintenance or project management (advantageous).
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime for urgent maintenance or safety needs.
