Field Marketing Manager - APAC

About the role

Flagright is seeking a proactive Field Marketing Manager to lead its APAC marketing initiatives. Based in Singapore, you will own the regional event strategy, drive brand awareness, and generate pipeline growth by collaborating closely with sales and ABM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the APAC events calendar, including executive dinners, customer roundtables, partner events, conferences, webinars, and regional activations.
• Develop and execute event plans aligned with target segments, priority accounts, and sales pipeline objectives.
• Plan, manage, and deliver high‑impact executive engagements and industry gatherings.
• Partner with Sales, ABM, Content, and Marketing Ops to define target accounts, invite lists, outreach tactics, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, venue sourcing, run‑of‑show documents, speaker coordination, and guest experience.
• Ensure each event has clear pre‑event, during‑event, and post‑event progression plans and measure results for continuous optimization.
