Field Marketing Manager – APAC

About the role

Anthropic is seeking its founding APAC Field Marketing Leader to own the regional function end‑to‑end. You will set strategy, build the operating system, drive results, and serve as the credible bridge between regional sales leadership and global marketing leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC field marketing strategy and operating model.
• Prioritise markets, deciding which receive first‑party investment, partner‑led coverage, or delayed focus.
• Develop documentation, run roundtables, and negotiate with agencies.
• Represent marketing to regional sales leaders and global marketing teams.
• Lead co‑marketing and demand programs with cloud providers, resellers, and distributors across APAC.
• Continuously evaluate market signals and adjust sequencing decisions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level judgment with the ability to lead an organization while initially operating as a one‑person team.
• Proven experience building a field or regional marketing function from scratch in APAC for an enterprise software company.
• Hands‑on, scrappy, low‑ego attitude with a track record of scaling through partners and agencies.
• Strong partner fluency and ecosystem leverage expertise.
