Field Service Engineer – AMHS Equipment (Training Provided)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. This entry‑level position offers full training on Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) and provides hands‑on experience in cleanroom environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and calibrate AMHS equipment during project start‑up.
• Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise equipment downtime.
• Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports for customers and internal quality control.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs and communicate progress.
• Supervise subcontractors on installation and mechanical modification tasks.
• Work with logistics staff to order and deliver spare parts.

Required profile

• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field.
• Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and adapt to long working hours when needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to plan work ahead and keep pace with project schedules.
• Prior exposure to cleanrooms or AMHS equipment is a strong advantage.
