Finance Director – Logistics Group (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing logistics multinational in Singapore. You will be responsible for building a robust finance operation from the ground up, providing strategic insight to senior leaders and ensuring rigorous financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance and governance for the Singapore portfolio.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and performance monitoring.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver commercial insights and drive profitability.
• Manage internal controls, audit activities, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Support finance transformation projects, investments and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team, ensuring succession planning and capability building.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with more than 10 years of finance leadership experience (Finance Director, Financial Controller or Head of Finance).
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end finance and accounting for a Singapore portfolio.
• Background in the logistics industry is preferred.
• Strong operational exposure and ability to act as a strategic business partner.
• Highly driven, independent, with excellent communication skills.
