Finance ERP Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Finance ERP Consultant to join Bitdeer’s global finance team. In this role you will bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring the ERP financial module meets the company’s evolving needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and document detailed business requirements for the ERP financial system.
• Recommend and design effective ERP solutions aligned with business goals.
• Validate business requirements against functional specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and end‑users.
• Create, review, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and test plans.
• Deliver comprehensive ERP system training to users.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP financial modules.
• Strong software engineering background, preferably with a computer science degree.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• High service orientation, quick learning ability, and strong teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Axure for prototyping.
• Experience using Xmind for mind‑mapping and planning.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP financial modules.
