Finance Executive / Senior Finance Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

ESR Property Services Pte Ltd is hiring a Finance Executive or Senior Finance Executive to cover maternity leave. The role is based on site in Singapore and covers daily accounting, month-end reporting and liaison with auditors, banks and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting: accounts receivable (tenant invoicing and receipting), accounts payable (vendor invoices and payments) and general ledger (journal entries, audit schedules, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and bank reconciliations
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors for year-end and internal audits, the Trustee for payment processing and document execution, and banks for online payments
• Liaise with internal teams such as Asset, Leasing and Property Management on billing and payment matters
• Provide administrative support to the team and carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Required profile

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy
• Preferably 1 year of accounting or finance experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Property accounting experience is preferred
• Detail-oriented, organised, able to work independently and in a team, with strong time management

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to learn accounting software quickly; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus
