Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑established financial services firm in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective treasury management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing, maintain the general ledger, and produce financial statements in line with SFRS(I) and IFRS.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow projections, and monitor performance against financial targets.
• Oversee daily cash‑flow planning, banking activities, and treasury operations, ensuring liquidity and proper reconciliation.
• Lead the annual statutory audit, coordinate with external auditors, and manage corporate tax, GST, and other statutory compliance matters.
• Prepare regulatory financial reports, support internal control initiatives, and drive finance process improvements.
• Partner with business units to provide financial analysis for strategic decision‑making and support finance‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management, reporting, treasury, and audit coordination within a financial services environment.
