Finance Manager – Regional Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance and audit functions across our regional operations in Southeast and South Asia. The role supports a fast‑growing digital media platform and will oversee multiple legal entities in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes for all entities, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards.
• Manage statutory filings, tax and GST/VAT compliance in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Oversee intercompany billing, reconciliations, settlements and period‑end eliminations.
• Coordinate annual external audits, prepare schedules and address audit queries.
• Identify and implement process improvements and finance system automation.
• Mentor and develop the regional finance team, fostering accountability and rigor.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of progressive accounting experience, including a Finance Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and hands‑on experience with Indonesia and Malaysia statutory compliance.
• Experience with intercompany accounting, transfer pricing documentation and multi‑entity consolidation.
