Financial Analyst

About the role

Virtuos is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join its Group Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will support the Group with reporting, analysis and decision‑making to help the organization exceed its goals in a fast‑paced gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Month‑end financial closing for management reporting, including project costing, cost allocation across studios and gross‑margin calculation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to support production teams and other departments.
• Support and review game proposal margin simulations and conduct related analysis.
• Assist in forecasting, annual budgeting and variance reporting against forecasts, prior year and budgets.
• Identify potential risks in game revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Proactively improve finance workflows across the group and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel pivot tables and spreadsheet modelling.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
