Financial Analyst – Multi‑Country Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support multi‑country consolidation and reporting for a multinational industrial organisation. The role offers hands‑on experience in FP&A, management reporting and financial modelling within a fast‑paced, regional finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of overseas entities in line with group reporting requirements and IFRS.
• Prepare timely management reports, performance analysis and executive reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities across regional business units.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions and performance management.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, working capital and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to enhance financial visibility and decision‑making.
• Contribute to process automation, reporting enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives using finance systems and analytical tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience in FP&A, audit, accounting, financial reporting or commercial finance.
• Experience with financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Financial planning or reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• IFRS knowledge.
