Financing Director

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Financing Director to lead the company’s fundraising, capital planning, and investor relations initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financing strategies, managing relationships with investors and financial institutions, and ensuring an optimal capital structure to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
• Lead fundraising activities including equity financing, debt financing, and strategic investments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions
• Structure and negotiate financing deals, including term sheets and legal documentation
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment proposals
• Monitor cash flow, capital requirements, and funding pipelines
• Collaborate with senior management on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or fundraising
• Proven track record in successful fundraising and deal execution
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations and market practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
