Flutter Engineer – Mobile Development

About the role

Binance Square is building a one‑stop social platform for Web3 and crypto enthusiasts. We are looking for a Flutter Engineer to develop and evolve key mobile modules, delivering a high‑quality, user‑centric experience on both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Binance Square mobile features using Flutter and native code.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience.
• Lead performance‑optimization initiatives to reduce latency, improve stability and enhance responsiveness.
• Maintain engineering excellence through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and high code‑quality standards.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools to boost coding efficiency, testing, and debugging.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in Flutter combined with native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) or native Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and a track record of building intuitive interfaces.
• Experience with modern mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Ability to optimize app performance, including networking, rendering and memory management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
