Food & Beverage Service Associate – Hotel Outlets

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Associate delivers friendly, efficient service across Raffles Hotel’s iconic outlets, including the Long Bar and Tiffin Room. You will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel’s historic luxury and high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously, take accurate orders, and input them into the Point of Sale system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and timing for each course.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked side stations, polished glassware, and tidy dining areas throughout the shift.
• Upsell menu items and cocktails, remembering guest preferences to personalize service.
• Handle guest checks, process payments, and ensure the final bill reflects all items served.
• Report any guest concerns to the manager and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality, or at least 6 months hands‑on experience in a similar food‑service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and guest‑focused with a passion for hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverage, liquor, and cocktail menus.
