Food & Beverage Service Executive – Grand Lobby

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead the service team in the iconic Grand Lobby, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience in line with Raffles Hotel’s legendary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise a station/section, manage order taking, upselling, and accurate POS input.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, side stations, silverware and glassware.
• Handle billing, verify guest preferences, and address minor complaints.
• Lead, mentor and train the F&B team, conduct on‑the‑job coaching and ensure safety compliance.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an international‑class restaurant.
• Strong English communication skills, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Guest‑focused attitude with ability to motivate and lead staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
