Food & Beverage Service Executive (Tiffin Room)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead the service team at the historic Tiffin Room, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. This role combines proactive leadership with hands‑on service to uphold the high standards of Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including set‑up and station management.
• Assist the Outlet Manager in driving efficient, profitable service while maintaining quality standards.
• Take guest orders, promote menu items, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, liquors and cocktails.
• Enter orders accurately into the Point‑of‑Sale system and verify them before sending to the kitchen.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout each service, using guest names and personalized service cues.
• Train and motivate team members to deliver the highest level of client care.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and heritage concepts of the Tiffin Room.
