Food & Beverage Service Executive – Tiffin Room

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead the service team at the historic Tiffin Room, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. This role combines proactive leadership with hands‑on service to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including set‑up, service, and closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent guest service, taking orders, promoting menu items, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain side stations, table settings, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Train and mentor staff, conduct on‑the‑job coaching, and monitor performance and grooming.
• Handle guest feedback, upsell responsibly, and relay any complaints to management.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international‑class restaurant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and able to motivate colleagues.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
