Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our café operations in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily food preparation, ensuring high‑quality presentation, and maintaining strict hygiene standards while supporting a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and manage inventory to keep stock levels optimal.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the design and preparation of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to both taste and presentation.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop and cut food ingredients as needed.
• Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas, complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional approach with customers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional weekends or extra hours as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant or similar food‑service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate supply orders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
