Food Processing Worker – Permanent, West Region

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Food Processing Worker to join our West Region team on a permanent basis. You will handle raw poultry and other food products, ensuring they are processed, packaged, and prepared according to strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and process food products following company procedures and hygiene standards.
• Perform cutting, packing, sorting, labeling, and preparation of food items.
• Operate basic food processing machinery and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Conduct basic quality checks on products before packing and distribution.
• Support loading, unloading, and stock arrangement when required.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food processing or a factory environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, chilly environment and stand for long hours.
• Comfortable handling raw food products.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Food processing machinery operation.
• Basic quality inspection.
