FP&A Analyst APAC

About the role

The FP&A Analyst APAC will own financial planning, analysis and reporting for Otis across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will evaluate operational results of business units and headquarters, providing insights to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly actual results and compare performance against forecasts, plans and prior year.
• Prepare and consolidate regional actual and forecast reports.
• Manage regional templates, standard forms and the Hyperion system.
• Support the annual planning process with analysis and reporting.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis, reporting and information for management.
• Prepare presentation materials for management meetings.
• Assist other business functions with financial analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or ACCA qualification.
• 8‑10 years of FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong logical, numerical and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication across business units and regional headquarters.
• Proven ability to work in a highly team‑oriented, dynamic environment with varying workloads.
• Results‑driven, meticulous and flexible with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
