FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Cartier's Singapore, ASEAN and Malaysia entities, providing strategic recommendations and robust financial models to support key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range strategic planning processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for business cases, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct variance, trend and profitability analyses and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR to provide financial guidance and integrate business drivers into forecasts.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, IFRS/GAAP, local tax regulations and support audit processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and enhancements to FP&A tools and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CA/CPA preferred.
• 10‑12 years of progressive finance experience, including 3‑5 years in a senior FP&A leadership role.
• Experience in a multinational luxury goods, retail or consumer goods environment is advantageous.
• Proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, IFRS/GAAP and financial modelling techniques.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Anaplan financial planning software.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI and Google Looker.
