Full-Stack Agentic Engineer

About the role

Arta is building an AI‑powered digital family office that brings sophisticated wealth‑management tools to a global audience. As a Full‑Stack Agentic Engineer you will own end‑to‑end user‑facing features, primarily on the frontend, while also stepping into the backend when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant, responsive, and accessible web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Translate Figma designs and product specifications into production‑quality UI with attention to motion, interaction, and detail.
• Leverage AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid prototyping, component generation, and accelerated delivery.
• Build LLM‑powered UI patterns such as conversational interfaces, AI‑assisted flows, and intelligent forms.
• Maintain frontend quality standards: performance, accessibility, design‑system consistency, and cross‑browser/device compatibility.
• Contribute to backend APIs, data models, and service code in Python when a feature requires full‑stack ownership.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers on API design and design‑system evolution.
• Investigate production issues and participate in incident response as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience, majority focused on frontend development.
• Deep proficiency with React (or a comparable modern framework) and TypeScript.
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for typography, spacing, motion, and interaction.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and using modern CSS approaches (Tailwind, CSS‑in‑JS).
• Comfortable writing production‑grade backend code in Python and understanding RESTful APIs and relational databases.
