Full Stack Developer (Node.js/.NET, React/Angular/Vue)

About the role

Vertis is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy robust web applications for Singapore government projects. You will work across the entire technology stack, leveraging modern cloud services and front‑end frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and/or .NET, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Design responsive front‑end interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Integrate front‑end and back‑end via RESTful APIs.
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Optimize applications for performance, cost‑effectiveness, and scalability in the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or .NET.
• Experience with at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) – a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an agile team.
• Experience with Git version control.
