Full-Stack Developer (React & Java) – OPS & CR

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer specialized in React and Java to design, build, and maintain web applications that support our OPS and CR initiatives. You will work closely with developers, DevOps, and business analysts to deliver high‑quality features from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end applications using React (hooks, Redux, micro‑frontend architecture).
• Implement back‑end services with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data/JPA.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs between front‑end and back‑end.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and address security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve full‑stack issues to keep applications stable and performant.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate on architectural decisions under senior guidance.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn new technologies and best practices.

Required skills

• React (hooks, Redux, reusable components, micro‑frontend UI).
• Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA.
• RESTful API design and integration.
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, ESLint.
• SQL databases and optimized query writing.
• Unit testing with Jest and JUnit.
• Git version control and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
