Full Stack Engineer, AI

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer specialized in AI to build the product layer that turns core intelligence capabilities into production‑grade workflows. You will design autonomous agents, handle failures, and deliver reliable value across user interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end features spanning modern frontend clients, backend services and AI inference pipelines.
• Design sophisticated agent workflows with multi‑step planning, tool utilization, failure detection and automated recovery.
• Integrate large language models, persistent memory layers and external tools into reliable production systems.
• Build real‑time user interfaces supporting streaming responses, partial results and strict latency requirements.
• Improve system reliability, monitoring, observability and fallback mechanisms for non‑deterministic model components.
• Collaborate closely with machine‑learning, backend and product teams to ship high‑impact features.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack engineering experience with modern frontend (e.g., Next.js) and backend frameworks (Python, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed patterns and robust API architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation or AI‑powered product applications.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make pragmatic technical trade‑offs and take ownership from concept to production.
