Full Stack Engineer - Geospatial Web Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and develop an internal 3D geospatial web platform for the Design & Planning Lab (DPLab) within Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority. The role involves translating business needs into robust solutions and collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Design, develop, and review application code for the 3D geospatial platform.
• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating multiple systems.
• Establish DevOps pipelines, including testing, scanning, and CI/CD via GitLab.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for reproducible deployments.
• Ensure compliance with government security policies and standards.
• Document architecture and design decisions.
• Integrate secure authentication and identity flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale software engineering and system design.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication for technical documentation and stakeholder interaction.

What we offer

• 6‑month renewable contract with a monthly salary of SGD 7,000–9,500.
