Full Stack Web Developer (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our Singapore office. The role involves building robust web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, and contributing to data‑centric products for agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with clean, efficient code.
• Build and optimise contact data pipelines, including ingestion, deduplication, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver citizen‑centric solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure end‑to‑end quality.
• Document technical designs and integrate with downstream communication platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably full‑stack.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
