About the role
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Cook to join our team on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared to high standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day operations and food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Manage food inventory and monitor stock levels.
- Ensure consistency of food quality and portion sizes.
- Comply with SFA regulations and food safety standards.
- Foster a smooth and friendly cooperative atmosphere.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management or immediate superior.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a commis cook role.
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and respect for all team members.
Required skills
- Food Hygiene certification (preferred).
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from $2,300 to $2,600.
