About the role

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme in Marketing offers a three‑year rotational experience designed to fast‑track recent graduates into senior business leadership. Based in Singapore, you will work across brand teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to consumer insights, data‑driven decision making and integrated campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand‑building strategies across the full marketing mix.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal supply‑chain teams to launch new products.
• Analyse consumer data to shape campaign concepts and measure performance.
• Manage multiple cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with category and sales teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with no more than 24 months of post‑graduation work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• High energy, driven attitude and willingness to travel for geographic mobility.
