About the role
Royal Organisation is looking for energetic individuals to become future team leaders in the events space. This position is designed for ambitious candidates who want to grow quickly into leadership roles, even without prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute event campaigns from planning to delivery.
- Lead small teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Apply communication and sales psychology techniques to engage participants.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuously develop personal and professional skills through mentorship.
