FX Sales Trader / Account Manager

About the role

StarX Capital Markets is seeking an FX Sales Trader/Account Manager to drive its institutional foreign‑exchange business. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth across the Asia region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy for institutional FX clients and expand market share.
• Establish and nurture relationships with trading houses, asset managers and other institutional partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for marketing and client interaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement tactics to increase revenue.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports, including competitor analysis and pricing insights.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
• Conversational Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or account‑management experience in the financial industry.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills.
