General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations at FH UNITED PTE. LTD., driving performance, profitability and growth. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, set weekly performance goals and ensure their completion.
• Recruit, onboard and train high‑performing employees to meet sales, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise productivity.
• Review and improve organisational effectiveness by designing processes, fostering a motivational work environment and implementing innovative changes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build new business relationships.
• Provide guidance, feedback and coaching to strengthen team knowledge and skills.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Develop, implement and monitor budgetary and resource‑allocation plans.
• Delegate responsibilities to qualified staff while enforcing policies, procedures, standards and cultural values.
• Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and fairly.

Required profile

• Middle‑management experience with a proven track record of operational leadership.
• Strong ability to set goals, monitor performance and drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for recruitment, training and conflict resolution.
