GP Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced GP Sales Representative to drive sales performance and build strong relationships with General Practitioners, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. The role focuses on promoting nutraceutical and healthcare products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to General Practitioners, clinics, and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with GPs and clinic staff.
• Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Execute territory plans and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure optimal call coverage.
• Organise and participate in product presentations and clinic activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a pharmaceutical/GP sales representative.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a GP channel.
• Strong network with General Practitioners and clinics (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Good planning and organisational abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence (if required for territory coverage).

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
