About the role
The GPM Intern will support market analysis and product planning for advanced packaging technologies. You will work closely with product managers and account teams to translate customer requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends from sources such as SEMICON, ECTC, IEEE publications, Yole, TechInsights, and public earnings calls.
- Map current market positions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect and categorize customer requirements from external resources, product managers, and account teams.
- Analyze pain points in advanced packaging processes, including thermal dissipation, via‑last integration, and 3D heterogeneous integration.
- Map requirements against existing product capabilities and contribute to gap‑analysis and roadmap prioritization.
