Graduate Associate – Assurance & Audit

About the role

As an Associate in Assurance and Audit, you will join EY’s External Audit team, gaining professional development through diverse client engagements, world‑class learning and tailored coaching. This graduate position is designed for 2027 graduates ready to start a career in audit.

Key responsibilities

• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support and maintaining communication with team members.

Required profile

• Final‑year undergraduate or recent graduate in Accountancy or a related field.
• Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• Good project‑management abilities.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with curiosity and purpose‑driven attitude.
• Inclusive attitude that embraces diverse perspectives.

Required skills

• Familiarity with programming or automation tools such as Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, UiPath or VBA (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and visualization.
