About the role

Join BytePlus as a Graduate Front‑end Software Engineer and help shape the next generation of AI‑powered web experiences for enterprise customers. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies from ByteDance to build and optimise high‑performance web platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the BytePlus website and AI platform.
• Design, build, and sustain a growth platform leveraging AI capabilities.
• Create AI playground demos and AI‑agent applications using large language models.
• Optimize web application performance and enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands‑on programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
• Familiarity with at least one modern front‑end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience in web performance optimisation and use of web debugging toolchains.
• Internship or project experience in a large‑scale internet or technology environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated teamwork, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
