Graphic Designer – Junior Marketing Role

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Ban Leong Technologies. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will produce visual assets for technology products, campaigns and corporate initiatives across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as product promotions, event collaterals, EDMs, brochures, social media visuals and web banners.
• Adapt artwork for various platforms while adhering to corporate and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printing and production.
• Create assets that reinforce the company’s brand identity.
• Support digital marketing activities, including EDMs and website content updates.
• Manage multiple design assignments and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on the latest design and marketing trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high‑quality work that meets brand standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
