Group Finance Manager – Regional

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a growing regional precision engineering group. The role will oversee monthly closings, consolidation, reporting and treasury activities while supporting strategic decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s monthly financial close and ensure timely, accurate management and statutory reporting.
• Oversee Group consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS/SFRS and internal accounting policies.
• Review complex accounting matters, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial statements.
• Maintain strong financial controls and the integrity of financial information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working‑capital management and statutory audit processes.
• Develop and maintain finance policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings promptly.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, treasury operations and banking relationships.
• Monitor loan repayments, foreign‑exchange exposure and covenant compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation and financial reporting.
