Group Marketing Manager

About the role

Sennex Consultants is seeking a Group Marketing Manager to design and execute a multi‑channel marketing strategy across Singapore and Bangkok. The role will lead brand positioning, agency governance and project communications to differentiate the firm in the competitive architecture and interior design market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives to enhance brand perception among corporate decision‑makers.
• Plan, allocate and monitor annual marketing budgets and resources to maximise campaign effectiveness and vendor performance.
• Maintain brand governance, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards across all channels.
• Coordinate with project delivery teams to capture architectural photography, videography and assets before project hand‑over.
• Create post‑handover editorial case studies, web showcases and social media content that highlight project successes.
• Design and launch integrated multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR, awards) targeting key stakeholders.
• Oversee external marketing and digital agencies, briefing them and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
• Manage website maintenance, content updates and user engagement in partnership with technical teams.
• Support business development with pitch materials, analytics and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with senior directors on high‑level market positioning and corporate messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Architecture/Design or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in architecture, interior design or the built environment.
• Proven experience managing regional marketing programmes across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent written and spoken English; working proficiency in Thai is a plus.
