Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can own acquisition channels, generate leads, and turn interest into sign‑ups and customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will experiment, learn quickly, and shape the growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Design and run campaigns across paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals, and content to fill the sales pipeline.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data, and communicate clear insights about what works and why.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth skills and tools.
• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed and scrappy, able to define goals and figure out how to achieve them without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insights into action.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enhanced marketing tools.
• Familiarity with paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content creation, lifecycle marketing, or B2C growth tactics.
