Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition, lead generation and customer sign‑ups. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth channels, experiment rapidly and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, executing campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design and run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; scale successful tactics and discontinue under‑performing ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear stories about performance and learnings.

• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.
