Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will own the acquisition engine, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies on one or several channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, content).
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and scale successful tactics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics to inform decision‑making.

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new growth techniques.
• Highly motivated to become an expert growth marketer.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong data‑driven decision making.
