About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach new brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, allowing you to own channels, experiment quickly and shape the growth engine from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other acquisition tactics.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages, continuously optimizing each step.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about what works.
