Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360 is building an AI‑powered operating system that unifies every conversation, channel and lead for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will own the acquisition engine, turning brand awareness into sign‑ups, leads and paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, launching campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Design, run and iterate rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and continuously optimise conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.

• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern automation tools.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to execute without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data attribution and insight‑driven action.
